• Holds smaller tyres (46cm (18") to 50 cm (20") tires)

• Only works with smaller tyres (will not hold a 61 cm (24") tire)

We have used standard tyre baskets with nearly all 51 cm bikes by simply wrapping an extra strap onto the tyre basket near the fork.  However, the smaller tyre baskets create a flawless fit for 51 cm bikes that are higher quality. Before ordering, we recommend using the standard tyre baskets that comes with every rack first, then determine if a smaller basket would be a better fit.
